An American friend of mine said that her menopausal symptoms were really helped by facial reflexology. Has anyone heard of this or know anyone who does it? I have tried a couple of reflexologists but they don't know what I am talking about.

And has anyone had experience of reflexology (the foot sort) working?

I'm pretty sure I am menopausal. I am still having periods irregularly and I have flooding and pain and INCREDIBLE breast tenderness. But breast tenderness isn't something anyone seems to associate with menopause. Have you heard of it and do you know any solutions?

What about progesterone cream?

HI, I am a Reflexologist with experience of treating ladies going through the menopause and I have found that it helps enormously.
I am a traditional Reflexologist, in that I use the reflex points of the feet to help bring the body back into balance.
I have never had facial reflexology but I do know of it, I think the lady who pioneers it is called Lone Sorenson and I'm pretty sure she can be found on the web
