I used to be someone who never forgot anything but now I find more and more that I am losing really important things, such as keys and money. Is this my menopause or am I losing my marbles? Does it happen to anyone else and if so can anyone give me useful tips on what might help.

I know what you mean. I've turned from someone quite efficient into someone really ditzy. I forget what I am going to say and now I have got a whistle on my keys and I think it must have saved me miles in walking from room to room looking for them.

But I started to "meditate". I am not sure that that is really accurate, but I started to spend (half an hour now) sitting alone in a room and trying to think of nothing. I started out using a CD and did it for about 10 minutes. But I'm better now on my own.

I've been doing this about 3 months (since just before Christmas) and I notice a difference. I really recommend it.

Let me know how it goes.

You could try omega 3 oils or gingko, but I don't think I need to now.
