What is Pace of Change?
A programme set up to help women find their way through the menopause, devised by women who know what it's really like.
 

What is the programme?
Pace of Change is a unique Personal Menopause Survival Plan, a 6-month programme of support and information and a 90-day journal.

Following acceptance on the programme, we will arrange for you to have an indepth interview, either in person, on the internet or by phone, to assess your menopause symptoms and devise a programme to improve things.

The programme does not contain medical advice – you should always consult your GP or other health practitioner for this.

Your Personal Menopause Survival Plan is based on commonsense recommendations on exercise and good nutrition (geared to your symptoms and circumstances).

Why can't I do this myself?
If you can work out what changes will help your menopausal symptoms, we would strongly encourage you to do so. But the fact that you are looking at this website probably means that you would like help or are confused by the amount of information out there. That's where we can help.

What happens next?
The Pace of Change team gives follow-up support via email for 6 months afterwards. We will give you plenty of encouragement and teach you tips to help you keep to your plan if you start to wobble. You can also communicate with other women and share your own experiences via the Pace of Change messageboard on our website.

Is there more?
The Key has a good resources section which will help you to find the right kind of exercise and/or classes, point you to sources of good food suppliers, books to read, websites that are relevant, and so on. There is also some nutritional information and delicious recipes from the Pace of Change chef.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How much is it?
The whole programme costs just £100.00. A small price to pay for the chance to turn your menopause around.
